2. Property Owner Obligations

Maintain property availability calendars and respond promptly to booking inquiries
Ensure properties meet all applicable safety standards and legal requirements
Honor confirmed bookings and provide access to properties as agreed
Respond to guest communications within 24 hours
Report any changes to property status, availability, or ownership immediately

3. Platform Fees & Payment Terms

Terra Mia Immobiliare charges a commission on confirmed bookings. The commission structure is as follows:
